It combines magnesium, olive oil, lavender, shea butter, and cocoa butter to help with sleep, tension, headaches, and restless legs. Its magnesium reduces symptoms like insomnia, migraines, fatigue, and anxiety. Women's menopause symptoms can be eased, such as sleeplessness, tossing, and restless legs. Skin will also be silky smooth.

Simply rub a pea sized amount onto each soul of your feet and into your calves.
